During Milan Design Week 2025, when the city turns into a luminous map of ideas, LuisaViaRoma paused the rhythm of design frenzy to host something slower, warmer, and profoundly elegant. In collaboration with Berlin-based footwear label Aeyde, the Florentine retailer unveiled the brand’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection—not with fanfare, but with grace. A candlelit dinner. A curated crowd. A moment of intimacy dressed in refined silhouettes.

The evening began with a cocktail gathering inside LuisaViaRoma’s Milan showroom, where editors, stylists, and long-time brand devotees were invited to preview Aeyde’s new offering. The space, carefully composed yet casual, felt like the right terrain to introduce a collection rooted in transformation and tactile storytelling.

This season, Aeyde doesn’t shout—it reveals. Familiar icons like the Uma pump are reborn in grosgrain and zebra-stamped pony hair, while newcomers like Danielle, Ilvy, and Daphne explore angular femininity through sculptural lines and deliberate contrasts. Stitching isn’t hidden—it’s highlighted. Metal accents and animalier motifs don’t just decorate—they narrate. The palette shifts between warm ports, toasted hazels, and coral blush, offset by prints in cream and moka—elegance with an undercurrent of instinct.

Guests sipped on custom cocktails featuring Yuntaku, an Italian-crafted amaro inspired by Okinawan culinary heritage. It was a subtle metaphor for the evening itself: a meeting of worlds, precise but unexpected.

As the sun dipped below the city’s rooftops, the celebration moved to Portrait Milano. A long table, draped in white linen and surrounded by flickering candlelight, welcomed a tight circle of talents, clients, and press. Set against vaulted ceilings and tall columns, the dinner unfolded like a still life—choreographed yet intimate, modern yet timeless. Aeyde’s founder and CEO, Luisa Dames, hosted with quiet confidence, mirroring the very elegance her brand espouses.

Since 2019, LuisaViaRoma and Aeyde have cultivated a partnership that champions niche voices in fashion—brands that don’t seek the spotlight but inevitably attract it. This new collection is a continuation of that vision: thoughtful, wearable, and quietly seductive.

Now available online and in-store at LuisaViaRoma from April 7, Aeyde Spring/Summer 2025 isn’t just a wardrobe—it’s a whisper of what modern femininity feels like today. Not loud, just lasting.
